Old Post Tree Square

The Old Post Office Tree Square dates back to 1846.

It was utilised as a central trading and meeting area, and very aptly named the Old Post Office Tree Square as it is situated next to South Africa’s First Post Office (which is an old Milkwood Tree).

All the businesses listed below are all separate entities located on the famous Old Post Office Tree Square.

Methode Cap Classique is the South African equivalent of Methode Champenoise or Champagne. The

France in which it was agreed that the French would buy South African crayfish provided that South
African wines carry no French names or words.
